Trading Terms and Conditions

These Trading Terms and Conditions govern all transactions between [DR PGB AESTHETIC LTD] (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and our clients (“you” or “your”). By booking an appointment, purchasing a service, or otherwise engaging with [DR PGB AESTHETIC LTD], you agree to these terms.

 

1. Definitions

 

    •    “Services” refers to the treatments and consultations provided by [DR PGB AESTHETIC LTD].

    •    “Products” refers to any skincare or related items sold by [DR PGB AESTHETIC LTD].

    •    “Client” refers to the person receiving the services or purchasing the products.

 

2. Appointments and Bookings

 

    •    Booking Confirmation: Appointments must be booked through our website, phone, or in person. A confirmation email or message will be sent upon successful booking.

    •    Deposits: Some services may require a deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

    •    Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than [20 minutes] late, we may need to reschedule or shorten your session, and the full treatment fee may still apply.

    •    Cancellations and Rescheduling: We require at least [48 hours] notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide notice may result in the forfeiture of any deposits or a cancellation fee of [20%].

 

3. Payments

    •    Full Payment: Full payment is required on the day of the treatment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    •    Outstanding Balances: Any outstanding balances must be settled before further treatments can be booked.

    •    Changes: We reserve the right to amend prices at any time. However, prices confirmed at the time of booking will be honoured.

 

5. Refunds and Returns

 

    •    Services: Refunds for services are only provided in cases where we determine that a service was not delivered as agreed or falls below our standard of care.

    •    Products: Products may be returned if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging within [14 days] of purchase. Refunds or exchanges will not be offered for products that have been opened or used, unless they are faulty.

    •    Non-Refundable Items: Gift cards, promotional items, and deposits are non-refundable.

 

6. Client Responsibilities

 

    •    Medical History: You must provide accurate and complete information about your medical history, including allergies, medications, or conditions that may affect your treatment. Failure to disclose such information may impact the safety and effectiveness of the treatment for which we would not be liable.

    •    Pre- and Post-Treatment Care: You agree to follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions provided by our practitioners to achieve the best results and minimize risks.

 

7. Practitioner Rights

 

    •    Refusal of Service: We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a service if we believe it is not in your best interest or if you fail to comply with our policies.

    •    Consultation Requirement: Some treatments require an initial consultation to assess suitability. We may decline to proceed if we determine the treatment is unsuitable for you.

 

8. Liability

 

    •    While we take all reasonable steps to ensure client safety and satisfaction:

    •    [DR PGB AESTHETIC LTD] is not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from failure to follow pre- or post-treatment advice.

    •    We accept no liability for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings on our premises.

    •    Our liability for any claim related to services or products is limited to the value of the relevant service or product.

We are committed to resolving any concerns promptly and professionally. Please refer to our Complaints Policy for details on how to raise a concern or complaint.

 

10. Gift Cards and Promotions

 

    •    Validity: Gift cards and promotional offers are valid for [12 months] from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise.

    •    Non-Transferable: Gift cards and promotions are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

    •    Cancellations: Promotional offers may not be honoured if you fail to comply with our cancellation policy.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
